1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Attuned Alignment Intuitive Coaching LLC, doing business as Soul Arc Astrology ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.soularcastrology.com website and any related services, products, or content (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. SERVICES OVERVIEW

Soul Arc Astrology provides astrology-based educational content, digital products, coaching services, and AI-powered tools designed to help spiritual entrepreneurs and individuals understand their birth charts and apply astrological insights to personal and business development.

Our Services include but are not limited to:

Digital products (guides, templates, recordings, GPT tools)
Educational trainings and masterclasses
One-on-one coaching and consultation sessions
Group programs and courses
Subscription-based access to content or tools
Free resources and content

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

Some Services may require you to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

5.1 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. We use third-party payment processors including but not limited to Kajabi and PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

5.2 Subscription Services

Some Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

To cancel a subscription, you must follow the cancellation process outlined in your account settings or contact us at [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges related to your purchase.

6. REFUND POLICY

6.1 Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our products (including but not limited to PDFs, recordings, GPT tools, templates, and digital guides), we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted.

By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge that:

You have reviewed all product descriptions, previews, and details
Access to digital materials cannot be revoked once delivered
All sales are final upon completion of purchase

6.2 Live Services

For live coaching sessions, consultations, or programs:

Payment is required to secure your spot
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services not yet rendered
No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours before scheduled time) are non-refundable
Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability

6.3 Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a purchased product due to an error on our part, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or, if unable to do so, may issue a refund at our discretion.

6.4 Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

7.1 Our Content

All content available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and compilations (the "Content"), is owned by or licensed to Attuned Alignment Intuitive Coaching LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Soul Arc Astrology system, Magic Mirror Marketing Method, and all related frameworks, methodologies, and terminology are proprietary to us.

7.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services and Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or Content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our Services
Use our Content for any commercial purpose without our written permission
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use our proprietary methods, frameworks, or systems to create competing products or services

7.3 User-Generated Content

If you submit content to us (such as testimonials, questions, or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes.

8. AI-POWERED TOOLS AND GPT SERVICES

Some of our Services utilize artificial intelligence and GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) technology to provide personalized astrological interpretations and guidance with Laurel Kassor approved interpretive integrity.

By using our AI-powered tools, you acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content is based on algorithms trained on our proprietary Soul Arc Astrology philosophies, framework, and methodology
Results are interpretive and educational in nature, not deterministic predictions
AI tools provide guidance based on astrological principles but do not replace professional advice
The accuracy and applicability of AI-generated content may vary from user to user based on inputs
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using AI-powered tools
You are responsible for how you interpret and apply any AI-generated guidance

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

Our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using our Services will be accurate or reliable
Any errors or defects in our Services will be corrected
Our Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations

9.1 Astrology and Business Guidance Disclaimer

The astrological interpretations, business guidance, and coaching provided through our Services are for educational and entertainment purposes only. They are not intended to replace professional advice from licensed professionals including but not limited to:

Financial advisors or accountants
Legal counsel
Medical or mental health professionals
Licensed therapists or counselors

Astrology is an interpretive art and symbolic language. Interpretations may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions based on any information or guidance received through our Services.

Business and entrepreneurial advice provided is based on astrological principles and general business knowledge, not licensed financial or legal counsel. Always consult qualified professionals for specific business, financial, or legal matters.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTUNED ALIGNMENT INTUITIVE COACHING LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Attuned Alignment Intuitive Coaching LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use or misuse of our Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Any content you submit or transmit through our Services

12. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

Our use of third-party payment processors (such as Kajabi and PayPal) is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of third-party payment services.

15. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING

By purchasing from us or subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive:

Transactional emails related to your purchases and account
Marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional content

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that unsubscribing from marketing emails does not opt you out of transactional emails related to your purchases or account.

17. TERMINATION

You may stop using our Services at any time. For subscription services, you must follow the cancellation process to stop future charges.

17.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Extended periods of inactivity
Upon your request

17.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your right to access and use our Services will immediately cease
You will lose access to any subscription-based content or services
You remain responsible for any outstanding payments
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

18.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

18.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good faith effort to resolve disputes amicably.

18.3 Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 60 days, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in North Carolina, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

18.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (b) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

18.5 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

19. MISCELLANEOUS

19.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our Services.

19.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

19.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

19.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or failures of third-party services.

The section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
